3 September NBAS Luncheon Talk: DNO - The Norwegian oil industry going forward
Det norske oljesleskap ASA (Det norske) is a new and upcoming player at the Norwegian Continental Shelf, lucky to be owner in the Johan Sverdrup field, one of the largest discoveries in Norway since 1969.
Tonje Foss will give a short presentation of Det norske and the Ivar Aasen project, how they see the industry today and the challenging future that are ahead of us.
Tonje
Foss
has
15 years of experience from the Norwegian oil industry in contract &
procurement related positions. She started
her career at Kværner Rosenberg Verft
in Stavanger, and then spent a couple of years in Schlumberger before she went
back to her hometown Trondheim. In 2003,
she joined the oil company Pertra,
former Det
norske
oljeselskap
ASA.
Previous she
was Head of Contract, Procurement and Logistics in Trondheim before she in 2013
took the position as Contract & Procurement Manager Ivar Aasen
Project – Topside. She holds an MSc in Petroleum Economy
from University of Stavanger.
