Dear members and friends,
The Nordic Chambers and Business Associations are delighted to invite you to the Nordic Ambassadors’ Luncheon about work-life balance, with Ms Jacqueline Poh, Deputy Secretary, Prime Minister’s Strategy Office, attending the event as keynote speaker and panel participant.
The event will take place on Wednesday 2 October and focus on work-life balance: a term commonly used to describe the balance between work and other aspects of life, such as personal interests, family and social or leisure activities.
Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden continue to top many work-life balance polls based on their culture, workplace benefits, flexible working hours, outdoors lifestyle and a focus on health/well-being. More and more Nordic organizations are implementing work-life balance initiatives for their staff, which not only benefits those employed but also the entire company. During the Luncheon, four Nordic corporations will share their business cases and best practice regarding work-life balance within their organizations.
The event will conclude with the four Nordic Ambassadors along with Deputy Secretary, Ms Jacqueline Poh, taking part in a panel discussion about their views on the work-life balance theme. The panel discussion will be moderated by Prof. Henrik Bresman, INSEAD.
