Quebec seen approving 700MW in new wind tenders

Quebec Premier Jean Charest’s cabinet in late summer or early fall is expected to approve issuance of a call for 700MW in tenders for utility-scale wind projects that will help the Canadian province attain its 4GW installation target by 2015.
