‘Selera Istimewa Bonda’ Ramadan Special at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur

05 May 2019, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – PARKROYAL Hotel Kuala Lumpur will be having a special Ramadan Promotion starting from the 5th of May until the 4th of June 2019. This year the theme for this Ramadan season is called ‘Selera Istimewa Bonda’. Feast during this holy month with us at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur as we will be offering a variety of traditional dishes introduced by our chefs which will take you backdown memory lane, that reflects nostalgically your mother’s cooking and secret recipes that would entice your appetite. As stated by our Ramadan tagline ‘Selera Istimewa Bonda’ translates to the special tastes of our mother's cooking.

For this Ramadan Special, PARKROYAL HOTEL Kuala Lumpur will be celebrating this Holy month at our Chatz Brasserie located on the lower lobby level where guests can enjoy our special take on ‘Malaysian Cuisine’ with a variety of Malay traditional flavours, live food stall stations with local food concepts and a truly authentic Kampong style local ambience which guests can truly experience the Malaysian culture at its finest. Additionally, savour our local highlights such as Lok - Lok (Steamboat) where guests can choose a variety of ingredients of more than ten items alongside a special home-made sauce taking this dish to the next level from the traditional Lok food truck on the streets. Aside from that, feast on our special ‘Ayam Pansuh’ which is diced and cooked in a bamboo stalk, Bubur Pedas which is normally eaten during Ramadan (Our Chef's signature specialty). Not forgetting Chef Stewart’s signature dish Kolo Mee known to the locals as the Sarawakian noodle dish. The Oxtail Asam Pedas which is a local delicacy and a staple food for Malaysians is a must try as well for this Ramadan buffet. Lastly do not miss our made to order Teh Tarik trolley which visits every table and is an attraction for guests to feast their eyes on Teh Tarik making. All these local highlighted dishes are prepared specially by designated chefs from their respective states, where all ingredients are selected thoroughly to ensure the authenticity and originality of the local dish.
