Evernote 5 for Android New Camera, Moleskine Notebook Support, Document Search, Shortcuts, and More

Evernote 5 for Android brings the highly anticipated integration with Evernote Smart Notebook, which was first introduced on the iOS platform.  These improvements come together with several other new features and improvements as multi-shot mode for taking photos, introducing shortcuts to quickly jump to your most important notes – or the improved search to scan through the documents you include in your notes!

New Camera. New Mode

• New multi-shot camera lets you  take multiple photos in one sitting, then save them all into the note.
  
• Page Camera is a simple to use scanner.
  

Shortcuts

• Shortcuts let you quickly jump to notes, notebooks and tags that you access frequently.
  
• Shortcuts sync across platforms. If you already have shortcuts set on Mac, they’ll now appear on Android, and vice versa.
  

New Premium Feature: Document Search

• When you search your account, any documents, spreadsheets and presentations with matching words will also appear in your results.

Evernote Smart Notebook by Moleskine

• When you use the new Page Camera to take a photo of the page, the dots (instead of lines) help to correct skew and further improve the contrast. The result image is bright, letting your writing and sketches pop off the page.
  
• Optimized for handwriting recognition, which makes your notes searchable.
  
• Set of colorful Smart Stickers in the back pocket which when applied to a notebook page and take with a Page Camera photo, the sticker is recognized and  a tag or notebook to the note is assigned
