PRecious Communications continues growth story, announces new client wins

Embarking on successful working relationships to give the best possible service to local and international clients.

3 October 2013 - PRecious Communications, a Singapore based strategic communications firm, officially announces the onboarding of three new clients, HRS, Smaato and the Sustainable Shipping Initiative, helping with public relations strategy and execution across Asia Pacific.

HRS (Hotel Reservation Service) operates a global electronic hotel reservation system for business and private travelers based on a database of more than 250,000 hotels in all price categories in Germany, Europe and the rest of the world. This system enables users to make direct reservations free of charge, with immediate confirmation and at continually updated special HRS prices.

Christian Lukey, Commercial Director of HRS Asia Pacific, also commented, “We chose the PRecious team as it has the right mix of local, regional and global expertise to help building the HRS brand in Singapore and Asia Pacific with a very targeted approach. Especially as we are already the market leader in Europe, we needed a partner who understands different global regions an in particularly the business-to-business field.”

Smaato is the leading global mobile real-time bidding (RTB) ad exchange helping mobile app developers and publishers increase ad revenues worldwide. As an industry pioneer and leader, Smaato provides Ads for Apps, and operates the leading RTB ad exchange and mobile ad optimization platform. More than 75,000 app developers and publishers use Smaato to monetize their content in 230 countries.

Said Marcus Tan, Managing Director of Smaato Asia Pacific, “ We are happy to engage PRecious Communications as our regional communications partner as we are gearing up for the next growth phase. They've shown that they very well understand the relevant components of our industry, namely advertising, branding as well as the technology and consumer behaviour aspect - and we look forward to working with the team in the exciting mobile advertising space here in Asia.”

Finally, PRecious Communications worked the Sustainable Shipping Initiative (SSI), a cross-industry group representing ship owners and charterers, shipbuilders, engineers and service providers, banking, insurance, and classification societies. PRecious worked together with partners in the UK on external and media relations for the SSI’s recent milestone report “Case For More Action” which was presented at an industry event in Singapore in September.

“ We strongly believe in a personal approach to every client’s consulting experience, with a clear focus on adding value and creating impact, ensuring that all communications efforts are clearly linked to our clients’ business objectives,’ said Lars Voedisch, Principal Consultant and Managing Director of PRecious Communications. “With these new international clients on board, we are continuing to expand our offerings across the region which will help to provide clients with an even stronger combination of local expertise, regional networks and a global perspective.”
