The campaign ‘You Think Your Office is Cool?’ calls out to Startups out there to share with Startup Jobs Asia about their office! A total of 10 winning entries were selected!

It could be your office has a cool pantry with all sorts of goodies, unusual art pieces, creative wall mural or even a games area filled with the cool games gadgets!

We will be introducing 2 winning entries per week!

About Cellnique Shanghai: The startup is to market b.liv, a skin care brand that positions as the pores management specialist in China. 

Latest Update: Given a short period of launching time, b.liv has been able to engage with 800+ skin care bloggers and exceeded sales expectation during 11/11
online promotion. Currently we have 268 offline retailers selling our products and we are expecting to reach 400+ by the end of this year. b.liv is being featued 3 times
at a top beauty talk show in China.

Pros:

Participate in the early strategy formation and be part of the team to make core value alive. Able to expose to many aspects of the business. Get close to the founder. More focus in resource allocation due to lesser resource in comparison to established ones. Higher sense of achievement. 

Cons:

Higher expectations on resourcefulness of employees. Lots more trial and errors, relatively limited resources.
