SignUp Softwares intelligent business application launched on Microsoft AppSource.

In early November, Microsoft launched the next generation of intelligent business applications - the cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations.

ExFlow, SignUp Software's established application for automation of supplier invoices, has become one of the first Swedish product to be approved for publication on the marketplace AppSource, from where you can download the app and test the product.

The cloud based ERP solution, Dynamics 365 was launched in early November. Dynamics 365 for Operations is an combination of CRM-, financial, and operational processes that enables organizations to grow, evolve and adapt to their customers' future needs. Customers can easily connect different tools, such as Office 365, along with apps that support specific business processes.

Swedish company SignUp Software shows that they are at the absolute forefront of smart apps for Dynamics 365. Their application, ExFlow, automates the costly manual process of managing supplier invoices.

"A strategic decision"

The new cloud-based version of ExFlow has already been approved by Microsoft and is now exposed in their online marketplace, AppSource.

SignUp Software is one of the first Swedish companies to have a solution published for Microsoft Dynamics 365 on AppSource.

- It is a strategic decision. Ever since Microsoft introduced the "Certified for Microsoft Dynamics" (CfMD) that was launched in conjunction with Dynamics AX 2012, we decided to ensure that all our products are certified by Microsoft. It's all about making our customers feel secure that the application works seamlessly with their respective version of Dynamics, says Henrik Garvner, CEO at SignUp Software. So to validate ExFlow for AppSource was a natural step. 

AppSource offers more than 200 "software-as-a-service" apps for Dynamics 365. The idea is that customers will easily be able to find add-ons and apps to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 for a particular area or function.

"Already delivered to six customers"

- SignUp Software has had a long running strategy to ensure that not only our products but also our consultants are certified for Dynamics ERP systems and we invest vast resources to quickly follow the new Dynamics versions, says Bengt Sandström, Product Manager at SignUp Software, and continues:

- At the same time as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations was released in early November, our ExFlow version for that version was ready for installation. ExFlow for Dynamics 365 is already delivered to six customers, and we note a great interest in cloud-based solutions for the automation of supplier invoices.

"High requirements to get approved"

For products to be published on AppSource they must first be validated by Microsoft. The requirements for this are high. The solution must be developed according to Microsoft Best Practice and Guidelines and the business processes supported must be documented. In addition, ongoing validation is required for each new Dynamics 365 version that Microsoft releases.
