International Press Visit Days

International Press Visit Days includes up-to-date information sessions, site tours in Forsmark and Oskarshamn. In Forsmark the tour includes a visit to the repository for low- and intermediate-level operating waste as well as the site for the planned final repository for spent nuclear fuel. In Oskarshamn the tour includes the Canister Laboratory, the Central Interim Storage for Spent Nuclear Fuel (Clab) and Äspö Hard Rock Laboratory.

Update 18 October: The repository for low and intermediate-level operating waste will be closed for visitors between 18 November and 26 November due to maintenance work.

Information about the participants (nationality, name, passport number, place of residence, date of birth, and employer's name) must be provided two weeks in advance in order to confirm participation. All visitors must carry a passport or official identification card.
