TOBU Railway Introduces Multilingual Telephone Interpretation Service in Nine Languages!

TOBU Railway announces the introduction of a multilingual telephone interpretation service at stations along TOBU lines and other TOBU managed facilities.

Staff members can use an interpreter (telephone operator) to provide services to foreign customers of TOBU lines and other TOBU managed facilities that require assistance in a language other than Japanese.

The service will be available at 22 locations, including stations along the TOBU lines and other TOBU managed facilities and transport. It will feature nine languages, including English, Chinese and Thai.

Zao Ropeway, TOBU Zoo, TOBU Treasure Garden and TOBU World Square.The service can only be requested at the service desk in the following facilities: Akechidaira Ropeway,Chuzenjiko Cruise and Tobu Museum.

・Accommodations
Ageo TOBU Hotel, Zao Astraea Hotel, Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel, TOBU Hotel Levant Tokyo, Nikko Kanaya Hotel and Business Hotel Noda. The service can only be requested at the service desk of this facility: Nikko Astraea Hotel.

・Transport
Stations along TOBU lines, TOBU Bus, Kan-etsu Transportation, Nikko-koutsu, Yagan Tetsudo. The service can only be requested at the service desk of this facility: Asahi Bus.

・Other facilities
