AkzoNobel Achieves Certified Top Employer UK 2020 Status

Leading paints and coatings business – and home of Dulux – AkzoNobel, has been officially recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer 2020 in the UK. Organisations certified as Top Employers dedicate themselves to providing the very best working environment for employees through their progressive ‘people-first’ HR practices.

Following a detailed assessment of its people practices through the HR Best Practices Survey, AkzoNobel’s submission to the Top Employers Institute was validated and scored. On Thursday 30 January, certification as a Top Employer in the UK was granted to the business for its exceptional approach in this area, for the eighth year running.
