Alma Property Partners acquires one of the most centrally located development properties in Uppsala

Alma has acquired the development property Fålhagen 3:1, commonly known as Sivia Torg, with a unique location in one of Uppsala’s most expansive areas and in close proximity to the Uppsala central train station and the Uppsala Concert & Congress center. During 2018, a new zoning plan for the property was approved, which enables a comprehensive development of office, retail, restaurant, hotel and residential usage. Alma will take ownership of the property on May 2, 2019 and is carrying out the acquisition together with Mässing Properties.
