Alma Property Partners acquires logistics property in cooperation with P&E Fastighetspartner in a transaction with Skanska
The transaction relates to a logistics property of approximately 20,400 sqm that was developed and built by Skanska and completed in December 2010. The property is fully leased to AB Gustaf Kähr which is part of Kährs Group, one of the leading flooring manufacturers. Alma Property Partners took possession on 29 April 2016.
“The facility is a modern logistics property in Nybro which is well suited to the tenant’s needs. The acquisition fits Alma’s industrial and logistics strategy well with a long lease and stable cash flow. We hope to develop the property and relationship with the tenant further,” says Christofer Lundquist from Alma Property Partners.

The transaction was made through a subsidiary Alma I Industri & Logistik AB which is owned and operated in cooperation with P&E Fastighetspartner in Kalmar. Angermann was an advisor to Skanska in the transaction.
