Stefan Albinsson strengthens the team at Alma Property Partners

Alma Property Partners hired Stefan Albinsson as Partner and Head of Asset Management. Mr. Albinsson, who has over 20 years’ experience within the real estate and investments market, was most recently working as a Fund Manager at Niam.

Stefan Albinsson will work together with Alma Property Partners’ organization and network of asset management partners to manage Alma’s properties and continue to create value for Alma’s investments in the Nordic real estate market. During 2011-2018, Stefan worked at Niam as Fund Manager and was a part of the asset management team. Before that he worked at Aberdeen Asset Management and DTZ, among others. Mr. Albinsson is the ninth person to join Alma Property Partners.

Alma Property Partners is currently raising capital for its second pan-Nordic opportunistic real estate fund. The target is to raise €250 million of equity.
