Schneider Electric - Wibe

The global specialist in energy management further expands their profile on BIMobject.com. The new objects come as part of BIMobject's Global Frame Agreement with Schneider Electric.

Wibe Cable ladders is a heavy duty cable ladder system for demanding environments requiring routing of power, data and control cables. BIM-users now have the opportunity to use manufacturer specific distribution within the Revit System Family tools.

Marinello Tende

Marinello Tende, located outside of Padova in Italy, operates in the market of sun protection and curtains for inside and outside since 1979. In answer to designers' demand for BIM objects, Marinello are today proud to publish ArchiCAD and Revit files for its products Nassau, Nassau incasso and Como Zip. While Nassau is a roller blind for windows , Como Zip is a roller blind for skylights. Both product allows for minimal space encumbrance while at the same time sporting wind resistance features.

The ArchiCAD objects have dimensional parameters and graphical hotspots to simplify their use. All dimensions, profiles and fabric features are coded according to manufacturer requirements, even the fastening configurations. Frames and cassettes are available both with a low and and high level of detail, both in 2D and 3D.

The three Revit families contain all type of frame and cassettes, up to a total of 11 types. User have full control of the project and can change between Marinello products according to type or other options.

The material of frame and fabric can be defined by user in both ArchiCAD and Revit. Blinds can be opened or closed at pleasure with a specific parameter or, in ArchiCAD, with graphical editing hotspot.
