Paroc Panel System publishes a Revit-based App design tool

Paroc has again chosen the infrastructure provided by BIMobject® to reach out with their BIM solutions. Paroc Panel System, a European market leader in the manufacturing of mineral wool sandwich panels, now meets the request from many BIM users by publishing a Revit-based design tool on the BIMobject® Portal.

Paroc Panel System provides a unique service package based on its 25 years of experience and expertise. The company’s operations are reliable and flexible, and facilitate the management of PAROC panel building projects from project planning to installation.

PAROC panels are high-class steel-faced sandwich panels with a core of stone wool. The main application areas of the panels are facades, partitions and ceilings in commercial, industrial and public buildings.

Architects and Designers will find it easy to use the tool to generate different wall and ceiling panel types and then visualise the designs with realistic profiles and colours. By using PAROC Panel Design Add-in, it’s possible to generate different PAROC panel objects by choosing from several options like thickness, wool type, surface pattern and colour. It´s also possible to use the Paroc Quick Panel editor to create a simple panel object.
