Portuguese Architectural firm Concepsys signed up as BIMobject Portugal

Portuguese architectural office and AEC content developer Concepsys, today signed up as partner for BIMobject AB.  Based in Lisbon BIMobject Portugal will naturally work with manufacturers from Portugal and other portuguese speaking countries like Brasil, but they're presence will be effective in Spain and Italy right from the start.

For over a decade Concepsys has been developing high quality content based on BIM technology to fit their own project needs. Identifying it as the same needs of their fellow architects and designers, in 2010 they started developing digital content to make manufacturer products available. 

"At some point we knew that the time had come for manufacturers to come forward with their products and step into the BIM world, so we started to help them understand how they could help us use their products. Recently when we came across BIMobject we definitely related to its goals and immediately joined the project.

BIMobject is definitely very well organized, is set up to have a worldwide presence, but above all, it develops manufacturers products for any available BIM system, ranging all kind of designers, and even non designers.
