Press release -

Boss Enterprise Disagree with Claims Millennials are the Least Entrepreneurial Generation for 100 Years.

After a new survey claims Millennials are the least entrepreneurial generation, sales and marketing firm  Boss Enterprise has spoken out on how it’s industry is breaking the mould and being led by innovative and committed millennial entrepreneur.

A study conducted in 2016 by the Economic Innovation Group testified before the U.S. Senate that millennials were on track to be the "least entrepreneurial generation" in the past 100 years. Data has shown that less than two percent of millennials have described themselves as being unemployed, compared to 7.6% of “gen-x” and 8.3% of baby boomers.

The statistics have now offered a brief snapshot of each generation's members as they currently are, which means that the picture that emerges could indicate entrepreneurship distribution by age more than my generation.

However, interestingly enough further studies have highlighted that millennials were found to be interested in entrepreneurship but are failing in actually perusing it. With 60 percent of millennials consider themselves entrepreneurs and 90 percent recognize enterprise as a mentality.

Unfortunately, though, a mentality or a dream alone aren’t going to create a new business nor encourage innovation, states Boss Enterprise.

The are some potential reasons why this generation is not pursuing entrepreneurship, for example, the cost of college tuition and unemployment. College fees have been on the rise year-after-year and continue to do so. The average college graduate in 2016 left with a whopping $37,172 worth of debt 6% more than the previous year.

In addition to that, this generation is facing more and more pressure to attend college and get a degree in order set themselves apart from everyone else. But with a large number of degree holders, the market has become saturated, and there is now a disproportionate level of unemployment amongst millennials. The debt and lack of time have resulted in a less willing mentality to invest in entrepreneurial endeavours as its vertically impossible to start up a business without any capital.

Boss Enterprises understand this and are determined to help millennial overcome these issues. The firm is offering entry-level roles with the opportunity of unlimited growth potential. The company are now seeking talent rather than qualification, and those that have true entrepreneurial grit will be offered one to one guidance. They will also be encouraged to take risks and try new things in an environment where failure isn’t considered to be undesirable but more a learning opportunity.

As a result, the firm is helping the industry as a whole grow; it is helping to create a global community full of talent and driven millennial entrepreneurs to take the sales and marketing industry by storm.
