Don't miss the Bury Employment, health and skills event

A huge range of companies, agencies and service providers will be there to talk to visitors as part of the latest ‘Bury Means Business’ initiative.

This event runs from 2pm to 7pm in the Elizabethan Suite, and there’s no need to book; just turn up when you want, and people will be there to help you get the most out of the event.

Bury Council consists of six towns, Bury, Ramsbottom, Tottington, Radcliffe, Whitefield and Prestwich. Formed in April 1974 as a result of Local Government re-organisation it was one of the ten original districts that formed the County of Greater Manchester. The Borough has an area of 9,919 hectares (24,511 acres) and serves a population of 187,500.
