Final Greater Manchester Spatial Framework drop-in – Wednesday 6 March

The sixth and final Bury Greater Manchester Spatial Framework (GMSF) drop-in event is at the Elizabethan Suite, Bury, next Wednesday (March 6) from noon to 8pm.

And with the GMSF consultation ending on March 18, there are less than three weeks remaining for people to see what Greater Manchester’s Plan for Homes, Jobs, and the Environment means for our Borough.

Members of the Council’s planning team will be at the event to explain the plan, and answer any questions people might have. There will also be large-format site plans on display, which show areas for development.

Launched in early January, the GMSF is about providing the right homes, in the right places, for people across Greater Manchester up to 2037. It's also about creating jobs and improving infrastructure to ensure the future prosperity of Greater Manchester and Bury.

Further details on the GMSF are available at bury.gov.uk/gmsf and the consultation is open until midnight on Monday 18 March at gmconsult.org
