Bury East Township Forum meeting

Local residents are invited to the next meeting of the Bury East Township Forum on Tuesday 9 July.

On the agenda is the Bury Publication Core Strategy, consultation on which is due to start in August.

There is also an update on the Township Plan, following the ‘round table’ discussions held in June to decide priorities for the area.

There will be progress reports from the police, and about the Bury East Alcohol Prospectus Scheme.

The meeting takes place at the Metro Christian Centre, Parkhills Road, Bury and starts at 7pm. The usual open forum and public question time will be on the agenda in the second half of the meeting.
