Fancy winning £200 of shopping vouchers?

Residents are being asked to share their views about Radcliffe at a neighbourhood road show this Saturday (1 Oct)

Bury Council and Team Bury partners are hosting the #LoveRadcliffe fun day in Bolton Road Park in Radcliffe from 11am to 4pm.

Everyone who has suggestions as to how Radcliffe could be improved will be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 shopping voucher.

A local community group could also be ‘quids in’. Visitors can vote for their favourite project at ‘The Pitch’- the event's version of Dragon’s Den - and the winner will take home up to £1,000 in funding to make a difference in the local area.

The road show will have lots of free, fun activities for all the family including an army assault course, a knit and natter group, street soccer, and a play area, plus food stalls and information about local services.

And budding Mary Berrys can also bring along their home-made cake for judging by the Mayor of Bury, Councillor Mike Connolly.

For more information, ring 0161 253 6531 or email socialdevelopment@bury.gov.uk
