Free live music across Bury town centre with Bandemonium

Bury Bandemonium presents a selection of Brass and Concert Bands in open-air locations across Bury town centre on Saturday 22 June from 1pm to 4pm.

This exciting musical event will feature The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers Band, Greater Manchester Police Band, Middleton Youth Band, Tottington Public Band, Derby High School Band and several ensembles presented by Bury Music Service.

Performances will take place at the Peel Monument next to Bury Parish Church, in Kay Gardens, at the East Lancashire Railway on Bolton Street, in The Mill Gate (outside Katsouris café), at The Rock near Marks and Spencer and outside Bury Vue Cinema.

Bandemonium is just one of a range of fantastic free events that take place in Bury town centre throughout the year.

Councillor Jane Lewis, cabinet member for leisure, tourism and culture, said: "Bury is developing a regional profile for our arts and cultural events which bring visitors in from throughout the North West. Bandemonium promises to be a thrilling and fulfilling day of fantastic music to be enjoyed by shoppers and visitors around the town centre."
