Gentle exercise session at Radcliffe Library

A free taster session for chair-based exercise takes place on Monday 7 September at Radcliffe Library.

The session, under the I Will If You Will programme, offers gentle exercise to improve flexibility, strength and mobility.

Residents can drop in at any time between 2pm and 2.45pm. For more details, call Radcliffe Library on 0161 253 7160.
