Get in shape on the Summerseat Health Walk

A fun, free and friendly way to get fit and appreciate the scenery is returning on Monday 4 March.

The weekly Summerseat Health Walk is led by trained volunteers. The walks last for one hour (11am to noon), and are ideal for people of all ages and abilities.

The walking groups have been set up by Bury Sport and Physical Activity Service to inspire residents to become more active and enjoy it.

The Summerseat Health Walk meets every Monday (from 4 March) at Summerseat Garden Centre in Railway Street, Summerseat.
