Bury residents are invited to help shape the future of council services at a ‘customer task force’ event held on Friday 6 June.
The session is for people who live in the borough and either use, or care for someone who uses,
social care services.
This is your opportunity to find out what’s coming up, tell us what you think and help us shape our services so they better meet your needs.
The event will take place from 10.30am to 2pm (lunch will be provided) in the Peel Room at Bury Town Hall.
At this meeting you can:
· Find out about our new social care information system and help us make it work for you.
· Tell us what you think of our ‘Paying for your Care’ guide.
· Find out about the township forums and how you can help shape priorities for your local community.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to meet and talk to new and like-minded people as well as council professionals.
