Two illegal street traders fined

Two men who were caught selling ice cream without a licence in Ainsworth Village and Whitefield went to court in December to face the consequences.

The traders Mr Mohammed Shiekh Naveed and Nisar Ahmed, both of Bolton both pleaded guilty by post. The first was fined £300, order to pay £150 costs and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and the second man was fined £425, order to pay £150 costs and ordered to pay a £85 victim surcharge.
