International Men’s Day Debate Parliamentary Briefing Note: 17.11.15
On 19th November 2015, an historic Parliamentary debate will be held in Westminster Hall.
Male suicide is the biggest single killer of men under the age of 45. In 2014, 76% of all suicides were men. Without a revolution in attitudes towards suicide, treating it as a major public health issue, these figures are unlikely to improve. We propose four simple changes.
