elephant communications visits the Schiphol herd

Four years since elephant communications organised Elephant Parade’s UK tour, team visited the new exposition currently being featured at Schiphol airport, Amsterdam.

Sally from the team arrived in Amsterdam to see the wonders of the new herd. Here’s a tale of her visit.

“I jumped at the opportunity to catch a flight over from Gatwick to experience the Amsterdam event and meet our old friends at Elephant Parade. Having toured the world extensively over the last decade, this is the first Elephant Parade exposition to be hosted at an airport. The choice seems fitting, giving Mosha and the elephants are true world travellers. Elephant Parade as a brand has become a worldwide phenomenon and the expositions have taken the message of elephant conservation and education through art to all corners of the world.

“elephant communications has supported Elephant Parade for many years, we have several life-sized elephants in our office, Triumphator, Happiness is for Everyone as well as Razzle Dazzle. All purchased in support of the conservation of Asian elephants. It was great to see more beautiful designs with stories to tell.

“The work Elephant Parade has accomplished over the years is phenomenal. Though every parade, exhibit and auction they host is successful, there is still much more to be done to educate people on the plight of the Asian elephant - and how we can make a difference. I’ve been told that many more designs and collaborations with artists around the world have been planned for the future and the elephant communications team look forward to doing our bit to help support conservation issues.”
