Baxall Construction pledges to continue supporting ellenor

Paddock Wood-based Baxall Construction has pledged to continue supporting ellenor - the charity that provides hospice care for children in their own homes in South West Kent – for another year.

The team at Baxall Construction has undertaken a number of fundraising challenges for ellenor over the past 12 months, including cycling 100 miles from Winchester to Eastbourne, while a group of brave staff also recently took part in ellenor’s Chilli Dip.

“Following a successful year working with ellenor, I am delighted to confirm that we have chosen to continue supporting this fantastic cause over the coming year,” says Malcolm Clarke, Managing Director at Baxall Construction. “We have enjoyed a collaborative relationship with the ellenor team, who have demonstrated a proactive approach to supporting us with our fundraising initiatives.”

As part of Baxall Construction’s fundraising for ellenor this year, the company is entering a team in the Bewl Water Dragonboat Race in September.

“We’ve developed a great working relationship with Baxall Construction and are delighted that this is continuing for another 12 months,” says Katherine Mobey, Premium Partnerships Manager at ellenor.

Baxall Construction was one of the inaugural members of the ellenor Business Club, the membership of which it is also continuing through 2016.

ellenor Business Club is a group of like-minded business people and professionals committed to giving something back to their community and supporting personalised care at home for children and their families.
