Christmas Panto raises money for ellenor...

Generous theatre patrons at the E M Forster Theatre pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk have donated £1,615.65 to ellenor. Bucket collections were held at the end of each performance during the three week run.

ellenor is the only hospice in Kent that provides children’s nursing care in the home allowing families facing terminal illness to stay together in a familiar space and giving parents more time with their children by reducing the need for hospital visits.

Wicked Productions’ hilarious show was packed full of slapstick, special effects, sparkling dance numbers, pop songs, colourful sets, lively audience participation and plenty of traditional panto magic. A rendition of Baby Shark had young and old on their feet, singing and dancing – for the rest of the day!

Charlotte Gadd, ellenor Senior Fundraiser said: “We are delighted with the amount of money raised and extend a huge thank you to everyone who donated across the panto season. The children under ellenor’s care have many different and complex conditions and our specialist team help to improve the quality of life, not just for the child, but also the whole family, including their siblings.”

Thank you to Wicked Productions and E M Forster Theatre for your generous donation.
