​Media Advisory: Media and Training Arrangements: Fourth Specsavers Ashes Test - England v Australia, Emirates Old Trafford

Please note the following media and training arrangements ahead of the fourth Specsavers Ashes Test between England and Australia at Emirates Old Trafford.

N.B. Media timings are approximate. Please be in place 30 minutes before advertised timings. Timings are (BST). All media activity is subject to change.

Sunday 1 September

England:

The England Test squad will travel to Manchester with no formal media activity scheduled.

Australia:

The Australian Test squad will travel to Manchester with no formal media activity scheduled.

Monday 2 September, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester

Australia:

9.30am-12.30pm: Australia team practice.

12.30pm: A member of the Australian tour party will be available to speak to media.

England:

1.30pm-4.30pm: England team practice

12.45pm: A member of the England Test squad will be available to speak to media.

Tuesday 3 September, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester

England:

9.30am-12.30pm: England team practice

1.00pm: England men’s Test captain Joe Root will be available to media in The UA92 Players and Media Centre.

Australia:

1.30pm-4.30pm: Australia team practice

12.45pm: Australia’s men’s Test captain Tim Paine will be available to media in The UA92 Players and Media Centre.

Wednesday 4 – Sunday 8 September, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester

11.00am: Fourth Specsavers Ashes Test, England vs Australia, Emirates Old Trafford.

Please note all pre/post-practice media conference timings are subject to change and media are advised to be in place at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

All news or film crews wishing to attend practice days or post-match press conferences should inform the ECB Media Operations team prior to arrival and must show on entry a 2019 ECB accreditation or other forms of media ID pass.

All access to TV non-rights holders will be in line with the ECB News Access Code 2019.
