Finegreen Associates celebrates turning 10!

We're delighted to announced that this week sees us turn 10!

We are also holding a cake-cutting ceremony on Tuesday August 11 at our Head Office in Universal Square! (so if you're around do pop by!).

Neil Fineberg explains how the company has placed more 1,000 people in permanent and interim positions over the decade – and been recognised by Virgin’s fast-track 100 index of growing companies.

The company has also picked up 14 prestigious awards and nominations – specialising in the health sector at a time when the NHS has been undergoing massive changes and weathering the recession.

Speaking about the growth of the company, Neil comments: “Like most companies operating in a competitive market place such as healthcare, we have had our ups and downs- but I like to think we have always learned from our mistakes and emerged all the stronger.

“If there has been a secret to our success, it has been keeping on top of healthcare trends, especially in the NHS, so that we can meet the needs of employers and candidates alike.

“So we work with the former to make sure they have access to high calibre leaders and senior personnel, at a time of great change for the NHS – and with the latter to help them achieve their career goals.

“This includes recently expanding into executive education & development, with a series of qualifications and short courses focusing on developing talent from middle management through to top executives.”

He adds: “Our tenth birthday gives us an opportunity to take stock - review what we do well and where we need to be even better – and I can assure all of our clients and candidates that we will continue to make improvements in the years to come.”
