Finegreen Associates have been appointed by The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to manage the appointment of a Deputy Director of Service Delivery.

Reporting into the Director of Nursing & Service Delivery, the Deputy Director of Service Delivery will play a key role in the Hospital’s senior management team in driving service delivery and redesign within the Hospital with the objective of maintaining service and delivery standards and improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services.

As a suitable applicant for this post you will have strong operational management experience, gained within an Acute setting. You will have the ability to manage the day-to-day delivery of elective activity and performance targets and the maintenance of KPIs relating to patient access; ADOS; theatre efficiency, day case performance, average length of stay and outpatient productivity.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, working with both to ensure that service developments are anticipated and planned in line with the Trust’s strategic direction.

You will be a natural leader with previous experience of developing and leading high performing teams to achieve exceptional results. You will have up to date knowledge of governance and risk and related requirements and regulations and experience of budgetary control and managing CIP programmes and plans.
