The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in the North West that is looking to recruit an experienced Head of Resourcing for a fixed term contract period of up to 12 months at AfC band 8a.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the lead on the recruitment of both Interim and Permanent members of staff;
• Providing advice on all matters of recruitment and have a proven track record of working on hard to fill positions;
• Providing training to members of staff;
• Acting as the lead on Senior Level Posts;
• Ensuring that all workforce plans are delivered on time and to budget.

The successful candidate will:

• Have NHS experience;
• Be educated to degree level or equivalent;
• Resourcing experience;
• Knowledge of NHS data standards and definitions;
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

The organisation is looking to interview immediately, with a start date of the end of August/ start of September.
