We have been retained by our client, Fulcrum Infrastructure Management (a wholly owned subsidiary of Meridiam), to recruit to a unique and exciting Director level opportunity. Meridiam is a global investor and asset manager specialising in public and community infrastructure and due to growth in their UK and international businesses, they are looking for an experienced Hospital Estates Director.

The company’s current needs are predominantly based in Turkey, so the successful candidate would either relocate to Turkey (Istanbul) or work from the UK, travelling regularly to and from Turkey as required.

Suitable candidates will be degree qualified, hold a professional estates management qualification and have a solid background as Estates & Facilities Director within a large acute hospital, preferably having operated at Board Level.
