Our featured job of the week is for a healthcare organisation who are currently seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the organisation through an exciting growth period ahead.
Formed in March 2010, SWFT Clinical Services Ltd (SWFT CS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust. The company’s primary purpose is to develop income for the Trust through commercial activities. All profits made by the company’s trading activities are either reinvested in the business or returned to the Trust for reinvestment in healthcare services.
As Managing Director you will be a full member of the SWFT Clinical Services Board, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company. In your role you will develop and implement the agreed business plan that delivers increased income for SWFT Clinical Services and maximises patient benefit.
You will be an experienced leader from within the healthcare sector, able to forge successful working relationships at Board-level and lead and motivate both clinical and non-clinical employees. In addition, you will build networks and partnerships across the wider healthcare economy, resulting in commercially viable opportunities aligned to SWFT CS’ strategic plan.
