Our featured job of the week is for a CCG based in the South East that requires an experienced Operational Lead for System Resilience and Performance for an interim assignment commencing immediately.

Reporting into the Contracting & Performance Lead the post holder will be required to support the System Resilience strand to ensure work streams are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Working closely with system partners to address day to day management of system performance variation;
• Representing the team on escalation calls with senior colleagues from partner organisations and hold partners to account for actions;
• Leading on day to day operational issues with patient transport, liaising with the contract lead;
• Establishing and managing relationships with senior colleagues for partner organisations;
• Preparing presentations and formal reports on behalf of the System Resilience Team

Key experience & skills required;

• Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in specialist area;
• Post-graduate degree in Management Studies or equivalent level of experience;
• Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment;
• Evidence of continued professional development;
• Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments;
