Press release -

Launch of The Finegreen Group

A major restructuring at award-winning healthcare recruitment specialists, Finegreen Associates, will see the firm's activities consolidated into three major business areas.

There will be three separate divisions concentrating on Interim Recruitment, Permanent Recruitment and Board Capability - the latter reflecting increased calls for support with leadership development from across the NHS.

Outlining the thinking behind the shake-up - which is to be unveiled at the NHS Confederation Conference at Manchester Central on Wednesday 15th to Friday 17th June - Finegreen's Chief Executive, Neil Fineberg, said: "Our growth and success over the years has been built on our ability to keep ahead of the curve when it comes to understanding our clients needs and meeting these in a timely way."

He adds: "Our latest restructuring is in line with this philosophy, in that it prioritises what matters most to the people we work for.

"People running NHS organisations are telling us they need support to ensure that best practice in leadership and management becomes common practice.

"That's where our new Board Capability Division comes in - while the Interim and Permanent Recruitment Divisions will enable organisations to get value for money from their under-pressure staffing budgets."

More information about the work to be undertaken by each of the new divisions is available in the below Note to Editors - and at www.finegreen.co.uk.

NOTE TO EDITORS

Interim Recruitment:

We have an excellent reputation within the Interim Management community and we work extremely hard to ensure high levels of quality within all of our systems and processes. With over 200 interim managers working in the NHS alone our reputation has grown as a market leader in the provision of interim solutions.

We manage one of the UK's largest databases of immediately available, fully referenced and highly experienced Interim Managers.

Perm Recruitment:

Choosing the right permanent employee to meet the objectives and culture of your business can be a challenging process. Our pro-active approach ensures that we provide our clients with a more varied and higher calibre short-list than they would achieve on their own. We undertake a thorough recruitment strategy to ensure that the best and most suitable candidates are presented to meet the needs of each of our Clients’ requirements.

Board Capability:

Our Board Capability division was created in 2015 with a commitment to raising health and social care governance standards as well as increasing director and executive team capability.

Using proven, robust and approved models we create innovate approaches to NHS Trust governance reviews and senior team development and our team utilises highly experienced, practising and passionate directors who understand the complexities of NHS governance.

Our practical approach is also academically supported through our partnership with Leeds Business School offering Certificate, Diploma and Masters level programmes in Executive Leadership.

The Finegreen Group is a young, dynamic specialist recruitment consultancy – focusing on permanent, interim and fixed-term contract management and executive roles in both public and private sectors.

We’ve won a fair number of awards since starting in 2005 – and have been listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100 businesses – but what really keeps us going at Finegreen is the positive detailed feedback we get from our customers and candidates on a regular basis.

It is this attention to the detailed needs of the people we work for which has underpinned  Finegreen’s growth and success over the past eight years – a  success story which has bucked the challenging economic trends over that period.

Part of this attention to detail includes offering teams of specialist consultants, each expert in areas reflecting our clients’ and candidates’ fields of interest – whether this is budgets or buildings.

It’s a way of working which has seen us collect awards such as Best Small to Medium Business in the Best Business Awards four years running, as well as Recruiter of the Year in both the 2013 and 2014 Health Investor Awards and Agency of the Year at the 2015 Talk of Manchester Awards – while our Chief Executive Neil Fineberg has also been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year.
