Press release -

WIN-WIN FOR FINEGREEN

Market-leading healthcare recruitment agency, Finegreen, has picked up its second award in as many weeks – after being named Recruiter of the Year at the annual HealthInvestor Awards.

The plaudit follows the company’s success in the recent 2016 Best Business Awards, where Finegreen was dubbed Best Small to Medium-Sized Business, against stiff competition from other top businesses.

It’s the third time that Finegreen has scooped the HealthInvestor Recruiter of the Year gong in the past four years, as company Chief Executive Neil Fineberg explains: “I like to think that our continued success in this and the other awards reflects the consistency of our performance as a business.

That in turn comes from addressing, and meeting, the ever-changing needs of our healthcare clients – which is why we have also recently unveiled a major restructuring of our business.

This has consolidated our activities into three priority areas which matter most to our clients - interim recruitment, permanent recruitment and board capability.”

He adds: “Meeting the needs of our clients in this way isn’t just about getting structures right – and I’d like to thank each member of the whole team at Finegreen for playing an important part in our continued success.”

More information about the award wins – and on the Finegreen restructuring – is available at www.finegreen.co.uk or by contacting Finegreen Marketing Manager Ben Fineberg

Finegreen Associates is a young, dynamic specialist recruitment consultancy – focusing on permanent, interim and fixed-term contract management and executive roles in both public and private sectors.

We’ve won a fair number of awards since starting in 2005 – and have been listed in the Sunday Times Fast Track Top 100 businesses – but what really keeps us going at Finegreen is the positive detailed feedback we get from our customers and candidates on a regular basis.

It is this attention to the detailed needs of the people we work for which has underpinned  Finegreen’s growth and success over the past eight years – a  success story which has bucked the challenging economic trends over that period.

Part of this attention to detail includes offering teams of specialist consultants, each expert in areas reflecting our clients’ and candidates’ fields of interest – whether this is budgets or buildings.

It’s a way of working which has seen us collect awards such as Best Small to Medium Business at the Best Business Awards for the last four years, as well as Recruiter of the Year in the 2013, 2014 & 2016 Health Investor Awards – while our Chief Executive Neil Fineberg has also been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year.
