Three people charged with drugs offences following Basingstoke warrant

Three people have been charged with drugs offences following a warrant in Basingstoke.

Officers executed a warrant at an address in Reynards Close, Tadley, on July 18.

As a result two men and a woman were arrested.

They have since been charged with conspiring to supply a Class A controlled drug.

They are:

  • Ahemet Karagozlu, 20, of Stow Crescent, London
  • Ozlem Simsek, 22, of no fixed abode
  • Matthew Keeley, 39, o Reynards Close, Tadley.

All three appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (19 July) and were remanded in custody.

The operation was carried out under Fortress, Hampshire Constabulary’s campaign to reduce the harm of drug-related violence.
