ID Medical wears pink for Breast Cancer Campaign

ID Medical, the UK’s leading provider of locum doctors, nurses, AHP/HSS and clerical staff has managed to raise a sum of £355.93 for Breast Cancer Campaign on Wear It Pink 2013.

The campaign to overcome breast cancer has gone from strength to strength, however it is still the most common form of cancer. The disease is set to increase – by 2025, an estimated 57,000 women in the UK will be diagnosed with breast cancer.

So, on Thursday 24th October, ID Medical staff added colour to their work attire by donning something pink and making a minimum donation of £2. Wear It Pink is a fundraising event for Breast Cancer Campaign, the charity that funds world-class breast cancer research projects as a campaign to overcome breast cancer.

Wear It Pink is just one of many health-related fundraising events firmly included within ID Medical’s internal fundraising annual schedule, and supporting a charity based on such a good cause, lifted the spirits of all ID Medical staff. The company continues to look forward to supporting the Breast Cancer future fundraisers.
