Leading medical recruiter makes its mark in 6 categories in REC IRP Awards shortlist
There have been a few days of anticipation for ID Medical, the UK’s leading medical and global recruiter, as the Recruitment & Employment Confederation confirmed the shortlists for the company and individual award categories in the REC IRP Awards recently, resulting in ID Medical being shortlisted six times in the esteemed national sector awards.

The IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the REC to recognise the very best individuals and companies within the recruitment industry. Recognising achievement across all levels and different disciplines, the awards are a true reflection of the UK’s recruitment talent by celebrating professional excellence and best practice.
From its visions and values, to its unique business strategies and methods, ID Medical was able to communicate how it upholds its premier level service and stands out amongst an over-crowded recruitment industry. This was recognised in the individual categories, where recruitment consultants, managers and directors demonstrated the transparency in the company, where each individual goes above and beyond to support their candidates, clients and staff, and work towards one shared objective – to improve patient care.
