PRESS RELEASE: East meets west: Taura inspires global flavour combinations at FIE
Real fruit and vegetable pieces are the perfect way to combine eastern and western flavours, Taura Natural Ingredients will demonstrate at Food Ingredients Europe.
With consumers seeking new taste sensations, and eastern flavours particularly sought after, Taura – part of Frutarom – offers a range of ways to help manufacturers satisfy adventurous palates.
The company’s unique Ultra-Rapid Concentration (URC) technology allows it to create versatile fruit and vegetable pieces that are easily combined with herbs and spices, making them perfect for exciting new flavour concepts.Products on show at FIE will include mango chutney pieces and pineapple curry pieces.

East-west flavour combinations are more popular than ever and consumers want to experience them in their favourite supermarket products.
