Isansys LifeTouch featured in EE Times' "Internet of Things"

Isansys is profiled in an EE Times' "Internet of Things" feature this week, including photos of Isansys' "networked bandage" - the LifeTouch body-worn monitor or "smart patch".

Noting that 200,000 people die in US hospitals each year, in part due to inadequate monitors or mistakes in health care such devices could eliminate, Isansys CEO Keith Errey says in the article: "If you know what’s going on in the body, you can anticipate health events coming," and anticipates that e-bandages and personal monitors “will open up a whole new body of knowledge—we’ve never been able to do this cheaply enough in a normal environment."
