There are many temples and shrines which have a connection with Ii Family and Hikone Domain.
It will be good to go on a pilgrimage.
13 shrines and temples which connect with Ii Family
- Daishi-ji Temple: Kobo in front of Hikone Station.
- Chiyo-jinja Shrine: Wish for advancement in art field
- Hikone Buddha Saifuku-ji Temple: Wish for safe birth and bear for children.
- Souan-ji Temple: An accommodation where a high official of Korean envoy stayed in the Edo preiod.
- Tenman-gu Kitano-jinja Shrine: The god of academic.
- Umoregi-no-ya: A school where Naosuke Ii studied.
- Gokoku-jinja Shrine in Shiga Prefecture: The shrine which symbols love and peace.

- You can get on Velotaxi at discounted price.
- Fast course 90 minutes: 6,500yen (Normal fare 9,000yen)
- Slow course 180 minutes: 11,000yen (Normal fare 18,000yen)
