Ise-ebi (Spiny lobster) Festival in Shimoda City

Most shrimps are imported from abroad in Japan; however, Ese-ebi (spiny lobsters) are different. The one that is only captured in the offshore of Japan has the name of the real Ese-ebi. The taste is tottally different from imported one. Ese-ebi which were captured in local sea can be eaten at local accommodations. Please enjoy eating it by raw, grilled, or with miso soup, and so on.
