Last night, ACFO hosted its 30th anniversary awards dinner. As part of this prestigious event, Marshall Leasing picked up the ‘Fleet Service Company of the Year’ award with ACFO members declaring that the organisation offered the best overall combination of quality products, service and integrity and fully understood the requirements of fleet decision-makers.
This is the second time that Marshall Leasing has won this award, having previously picked up the accolade in 2010, as well as being runner up last year. Customer service and bespoke solutions have always been a top priority for the company, which boasts strong client relationships and a dedicated team of long serving members of staff.
Peter Cakebread, Managing Director of Marshall Leasing, commented: “I couldn’t be more proud. This is the award voted for by Fleet Managers across the country, essentially representative of the broadest and most informed customer base.
“At Marshall Leasing, great customer service is at the core of our business, and always at the forefront of our minds, so it is a real pleasure to see this recognised in such a tangible way by ACFO members.
“We have built a committed, stable team at Marshall Leasing, and there can be no doubt that this award is a testament to the efforts of each and every one of them."
Marshall Leasing is part of the Marshall Motor Group, which now represents 24 different manufacturers' brands. With that in mind, it was highly appropriate that the company sponsored the ACFO Fleet Car of the Year award, which was given to Audi A3.
Jonathan Ross, Sales & Marketing Director at Marshall Leasing, commented: “It is fantastic to have again won the ACFO Fleet Service Company of the Year award. We have been working hard to win back this prestigious award.
“In 2012, we were runners up, so you can imagine how pleased we are to be bringing the award home to Cambridge. In my opinion, ACFO is the authentic voice of the fleet management fraternity. To be amongst so many experienced and professional managers, at what was beyond question a really well organised and prestigious event, was a real pleasure.”
ACFO is the UK’s premier representative organisation for fleet decision-makers in charge of cars and light commercial vehicles. The organisation exists to help fleet decision-makers improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business travel operation. Find out more at http://www.acfo.org
