NSI Runavik delegation hosted at The Braid ahead of crucial match
Mid and East Antrim Borough Council have hosted a reception for NSI Runavik delegates ahead of their game with Ballymena United Football Club (BUFC).
The Deputy Mayor of Mid and East Antrim, Beth Adger MBE hosted Thursday afternoon’s reception.
She said: “We were delighted to welcome representatives from both clubs, as well as UEFA officials, before the big match. This was a lovely way to formally welcome our guests to our Borough.
“We are excited to host Ballymena United’s opening European match at Ballymena Showgrounds. This will be the first game of its magnitude at the venue for 15 years and we are excited to watch BUFC play on home turf.
“I wished both teams well this afternoon and I hope our guests enjoy all that our Borough has to offer during their stay.”
