CCTV appeal following suspected arson at disused Wirral nightclub

We have issued CCTV images of a man we would like to speak to following a suspected arson at a disused nightclub in Wirral.

Emergency services were called at 10.15pm on Wednesday 24th April to the former Marbella Mambo club on Conway Street in Birkenhead.

Nobody was injured during the fire, which it is believed started between 9pm and 9.30pm, and the three storey building had to be eventually demolished.

Detectives have now issued images of a man who they believe could assist with their investigation.
